Overview – Productive Engineering, LLC has a wide scope of analysis expertise, ranging from simple piece-part evaluation to investigating very large and complex assemblies, under many types of loading conditions. We currently use Pro/MECHANICA to analyze a model’s structural integrity, thermal characteristics, vibration performance, and/or expected fatigue life. Our experience covers many types of materials (rubber, plastics, metals, and fiber composites) and assembly joints (welds, bolts, hinges, and contact). We use Pro/ENGINEER for geometry creation, modification, and/or importing.
